Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and EAANE Ventures SIA, a company registered in Latvia, which operates Orvale at orvale.app ("Orvale", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

Orvale is a browser based landing page builder. You describe a site, the builder assembles it from our section library, and you can edit it, generate images and videos for it, export it as a static bundle, or publish it to a subdomain we host.

You need an account to save and publish sites. Keep your sign-in credentials safe, you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Orvale.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and start with a 7-day free trial, you are not charged before the trial ends and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice, changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Each plan includes monthly allowances for AI generation, the current numbers are listed on the pricing page. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and unused generations do not carry over. We may throttle or suspend usage that is automated, abusive or far outside normal use.

The sites you build, the prompts you write and the assets you upload remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store, process, display and host that content, solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including fonts and images.

Sites you export or publish are yours to use however you like, including commercially. The builder, the section library and the underlying templates remain ours, owning a generated site does not transfer any rights in the tools that produced it.

AI generated content can be inaccurate and similar prompts can produce similar results for different users. Review generated pages, text and media before publishing them, you are responsible for how you use the output.

Publishing places your site on a subdomain of our domain. Subdomains are assigned first come first served, remain part of our domain and can be reclaimed if a site is removed, a subscription lapses, or a name infringes someone's rights or impersonates them. We may take down published sites that violate these terms.

You may not use Orvale to host or distribute:

• Content that is illegal, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive or harm visitors.
• Spam networks, link farms, or bulk generated deceptive sites.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

You can stop using Orvale and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will give reasonable notice if we ever discontinue the service, along with a way to export your sites.

Orvale is provided as is, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service is free of defects. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and any disputes belong to the courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.

We may update these terms as the product evolves, the date at the top reflects the latest version and we will notify you of significant changes. Questions go to [email protected].
